Hamon Infrastructure delivered a total of 64,500 CY of Zone 1 and Zone 2 Embankment to buttress the upstream face of the Bambei-Walker Reservoir. Additionally, Hamon Infrastructure furnished and placed 4,100 CY of Type L Riprap on the upstream face of the dam. In addition to this work, Hamon Infrastructure provided the following services:
Dewatered and maintained the toe of the embankments in an unwatered condition
Dust control
Moisture and density conditioning of the base of fills
Proof rolling of the base of fills
Keying the buttress material into the existing embankment
Geosynthetic reinforcement of embankments over the soil-bentonite cut-off wall
Wheel tracking and fine grading the embankment slope
Construction staking
Calculation of storage capacity reduction of the Bambei-Walker Reservoir from initial survey data
