Hamon Infrastructure was selected as the contractor of the $5.5 million Washington Street widening project. Washington Street was widened to three lanes between 54th and 58th Avenues, with one travel lane in each direction and a center turn lane. The project also included curb, gutter and 5-foot sidewalks for the entire length of the project, as well as a new storm sewer system from 55th to 58th Avenue.
